Baengmi-ri Coast photo
The Baengmi-ri Coast Geosite is a place where visitors can enjoy the Earth's history from billions of years ago to the present along with its wide mudflats and the view of the Yellow Sea. Along the geotrail, various geological structures such as fault, flower structure, fold, and quartz vein are distributed. Also, visitors can observe various coastal landforms, such as seastack, sea cave, and mudflats, and enjoy geo-activity programs such as mudflat experience, and ecological experience in Bangmiri pine field and so on. At the end of the trail, Baengmi-ri mudflat experience center, which is well known as a national mudflat experience, is located.
